Q: I’ve subscribed! How do I get the packets for free?
After you subscribe, just log in with the same email you used for your subscription. Pick the packets you want and add them to your cart. When you check out, the system will automatically apply a 100% discount —no code needed! Your total will show $0, and you can place your order to access your packets right away. Q: When and how will I get my order?
Your digital product will be available immediately after your payment is processed. You'll receive your download link in two ways:
- Instant access A "Download now" link will appear on your order confirmation page right after checkout.
- Email delivery You'll also receive an email with your download link.
Q: What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All products offered by I Heart Mandarin—including individual practice packets and subscription access—are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase.
Because of the immediate and irreversible nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Annual Membership
While refunds are not available, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing only—you’ll retain full access to The Heart Club until the end of your current paid term.
To cancel, log in to your account on our website and go to your order or contact us via the contact form.
Lifetime Membership
This is a one-time purchase granting ongoing access to all current and future packets. As with all digital products, it is non-refundable.
